The "Flash Notice" list is a means of communicating news and special information to our members and to our representatives and officers, through direct emails. Region, state, and chapter representatives and officers are required by policy to be added to this list, so that they can share information with their local members, but anyone who wishes to receive information from the national level is encouraged to join.
