VOLUNTEERS IN SERVICE TO AMERICA

AVVA VISTA, or 'Volunteers in Service to America', is a program which affords AVVA the ability to keep realistic and accurate records of the 1000's of hours that our AVVA members spend volunteering in their communities and elsewhere. This program will help AVVA to fulfill our informational obligations to our tax records, and will also give us a clearer picture of what you are all doing out there! NOTE: Hours spent in representation of other organizations, such as VFW or American Legion, etc. cannot be counted. Hours may only be listed for AVVA Regular members in good standing.

***VISTA HOURS BEGIN ON MARCH 1ST AND CLOSE ON THE LAST DAY OF FEBRUARY
FOR EACH YEAR.***

THE HOURS INCLUDED FOR AWARDS WHICH WILL BE PRESENTED IN 2025 AT NATIONAL CONVENTION BEGAN ON MARCH 1ST, 2024 AND END ON FEBRUARY 28TH, 2025.  ALL HOURS YOU SPEND ON THE RECOGNIZED ACTIVITIES, WHILE REPRESENTING AVVA, CAN BE LISTED. VISTA FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR 2025 FOR THE PERSON NAMED ON THE REPORTING FORM UNTIL MARCH 20, 2025.

PLEASE BEGIN TO SUBMIT YOUR HOURS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2025 NOW.

Once filled out, you can print, sign, and scan the form back into your computer, to be sent as an attachment to the email address provided on the form.

If you wish to mail the form, print and sign it, and mail it to the postal address found on the form.
