WEBSITE & EVENT SUBMISSION FORM:

This form will allow you to submit your AVVA Chapter or State website or Face Book page, or your Chapter or State event to the Naitonal Website resource page.

 

USE OF THE FORM:

Please complete the following information, and click on the "submit" button to send your information to the AVVA Webmaster. On the screen that comes up, click on "continue" across the top, and you should receive a verification of the information you submitted. "Continue" from there, and you will be directed back to the AVVA Website.

All information submitted will be verified, and a link to your page or information about your event will be added to the National Website to be shared with our membership!
